About Andrew
Andrew C. Clarke has dedicated more than 30 years to representing victims of civil rights violations, police misconduct, and personal injury throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Since joining Greer Injury Lawyers in February 2025, Andrew has brought his deep expertise in civil rights litigation, governmental tort liability, and trucking cases to the firm's trial team.
Andrew began his legal career in 1992 after earning his JD from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at Memphis State University. He holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, where he received the Outstanding Scholar Award.
Over the course of his career, Andrew has handled landmark civil rights cases, argued before five federal circuit courts of appeals, and been admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar. He is a former Chairman of the ATLA Civil Rights Section and served on the Board of Directors of the National Police Accountability Project. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell — the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
